Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart

Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor who is known for her roles in various categories in the film and television the theater. She received numerous accolades including the Daytime Emmy Award and a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor. She passed away on August 11 2022. First gaining recognition for her roles as Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love of the soap opera Another World (from 1987-1991) and she was the recipient of two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Later in the 90s, she was more well-known for her part in the movie Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney June 6, 1953) is an American actor from America. She is most famous for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the Battlestar Galactica TV series from 1978 to 1979. She is the daughter and granddaughter of daughter of actor Gene Lockhart, as well as the actress June Lockhart. Lockhart was a young actress when she began her acting career. Her first role was at age four when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed. Oscar nominations were announced for the documentary. Lockhart spent time with her mother around the set where she would learn about the inner workings behind the industry. Lockhart was featured in a variety of scenes of Lassie. Dora in Jory in 72 was her first film. Joan Crawford's daughter was her character in The Sixth Sense, a show on television in 1972. Joan was the last actress to appear on the show. Anne declined the part of Laurie Strode that she was offered in John Carpenter's Halloween, 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis later played the part. Carpenter says that the actress rejected his proposal to play Laurie Strode. Anne is unable to recall John Carpenter having contacted her nor offering the role. Perhaps one of her representatives turned down the job for her, but without informing the actress. Glen Larson chose her initially and then sent her a draft written script. The role she would take was in the TV series Battlestar Galactica, which aired beginning in 1978. Her initial reaction was to decline the role because the character didn't seem to be strong enough. Glen came up with a completely new character for herself, with Sheba being a more formidable role model. After having read the initial 25 pages of the script The Living Legend she accepted immediately. It lasted for just one season. Co-starring in Joyride along with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
